Hi, I’m Maddy, founder of Simple Strategy Co.
Over the past decade, I’ve built multiple successful ventures, from grassroots environmental organizations to a content marketing business that brought in over £50K within two years — all while working 20 hours a week (or less).
But I didn’t start out with clarity and calm. Like many women entrepreneurs, I said yes to everything, over-delivered, and measured success by how much I could fit in rather than how good it felt.
By 25, I was burnt out.
So I stopped, reassessed, and rebuilt — this time asking myself:
What do I really want from my business?
How do I want it to feel?
And what’s the simplest, most sustainable way to get there?
That became the foundation of Simple Strategy Co., and today I help women entrepreneurs grow aligned, profitable businesses that feel calm, clear, and spacious — with systems and strategies that protect their time and energy.
